We were simply too early to this party. The majority of us were here since the "shelf ready" run. Fast forward 2 years, the cream is into Phase 2 and 2 years away from completion.
If the tablet is revenue ready by next year, that along will be very rewarding to any whale choose to take some ownership of the company now. I just hope that they are not so greedy to ask the company to setup a HIGH RS ratio and pretty much put all current longs out of money.
I really think MGMT should focus on building PPS backup. If the tablet crushes GW's delivery method on the trail, we should able to attract better finance later this year.
I know... what about the toxic 5MM loan? I rather MGMT pay back the interest with cash on hand vs issuing outrageous shares with PPS in the toilet. The tablet is potentially their white knight. They need a revenue ready product to attract better financing. All resource should be focus on tablet. They got ~3.5MM cash. Not enough to complete Phase 2 of the cream. Cream trail will take 2 years. Tablet revenue can be their way to fund other trails.
If they want to line up their ducks now with the RS card, I really believe they will have go with a low RS ratio for the majority of the current shareholders to pass.
