As Mark has mentioned to you on Twitter before, channel partners or sub agreements cannot bypass us if I recall the wording correctly. Licensing is just the tip of the iceberg too in any deal IMO and any consideration with our underlying technology being what makes it compelling will be good for us IMHO.
