So it may be that DSS has a large influence in the 13 countries. However my biggest question now remains is a minimum level of purchasing required that activated this status of making it exclusive for DSS? I’m going to say there has to be consideration for it which may just be significant influence.
SFOR didn’t PR the Gallagher deal but appears poised to do so on this one. Hmm, what remains uncertain about it or is there more that needs to be disclosed accurately about it?
