If I was an accredited prospective investor the R/S would be of little concern as I would make sure my backside would be protected as part of the deal. The R/S is an issue to most of us but new money and the Company both understand no one is going to loan, invest and otherwise part with their cash without knowing how their position is going to be protected. In fact, a new investor may love the idea of an R/S structured according to their preferences before releasing any cash.
The R/S is just another tool the Company may have available in the future whether or not they use it. Existing stockholders may not like the uncertainty of the potential outcome but many of us understand why the Company has little choice but consider it's potential merit. The closing price today was .035 What would you do if you were apart of the management team........I know you would drive the stock price up 4000 percent......maybe we should tell them.
