The reason was that they were afraid of strong local reaction to injection .,
Now they saying that it is not that much worse , but at first they didn’t know ..
I don’t think they can change now because protocol is done this way , and everytime to change protocol is taking long time .
After approval it is not a problem because doctors could tell the patients on 350 mg to just use one injection , except I don’t think patients will be taking 350 mg .
