correct, a lot more headwinds for sure.. noticed I didn't say DOLLARs.. LOL
before RS announcement, we were about 10 cents.
Once the definitive proposal gets out , our value should be closer to 10 cents.
They are not ready for up listing in 2019, the high RS ratio can not be justify.. the like hood of getting pass will be slime. I feel 1 to 20 or below will just as effective without massive outrage by the current shareholders. The main objective of this RS to reduce OS, 1 to 20 takes OS down below 8MM. They got plenty of room for future finance.
I thought you good faith in mgmt. I recalled you were feeling pretty good with all the facts from Milo's mission. Why would you think that they would go with a high ratio and essential wiped most the current shareholders?

1 to 100 will reduce OS from 157MM to 1.57MM, PPS to $4
1 to 20 will reduce OS from 157MM to 7.85MM, PPS to .80cents
1 to 10 will reduce OS from 157MM to 15.7MM, PPS to .40cents
