Perhaps the hold up now is with the Colorado Secretary of State as the periodic report needed to be filed by 2/28/19. Hexagon Holdings .LLC is now noncompliant in Colorado and will become delinquent if they do not file by 4/30/19.
Whether this is strictly still a paperwork issue or now entails some additional fees and penalties, that I don't know. Could all be tied to the fact that they still need an official Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information.
