I have a lot of friends in law enforcement who have seen too much unnecessary tragedy...All States need to up the level of enforcement and impose heavy consequences. They make you pay for your breath tests and breath before key systems...they the drivers should be educated that if you kill some one or severely injure some one that Kill=Manslaughter=15 to 20 years incarcerated. Severely injure someone=//vehicular Aggravated Battery=5 to 10 years incarcerated....I am glad Florida is pushing this...a DUI costs $10k now..
