If they get investors, and get a good price and merge with another company and go public, we could see a few hundred million in market cap. If that is the case, and GNBT holds 70% of NGIO afterwards, then that adds $210M to GNBT market cap, divided by 60M shares, so that adds $3.50/share to the already price of $1.60, so now $5.10/share and can uplist.

I think our uplisting will take quite a bit of time, with several quarters of increasing revenue from all the recent acquisitions, and future ones. However we can get there quicker if NGIO has a good outing, can merge with that private company, can get some institutional investment (private investment) and then get listed. If we can pull in the $300M value Antigen was valued at a few years ago, then we may get to uplist sooner.
