Why don't you e-mail or text him and let us know what he's doing...most likely sitting on the beach with your 401k money. Grow some balls and contact him. He will most likely give you the same bullsh*t he gives everyone about being under a NDA and not being legally able to tell anyone any progress. He insanely delusional, a true CEO would give brief updates and set forth a vision that his shareholders can follow. He's the biggest piece of crap I've ever came across. I should've listened to my former CEO when he said that he did work with him in the past, although he paid his bills, he was known as a pirate in the industry. TPAC is dead, he has no agreements or anything positive (like that earlier post said via text) going on. I just don't understand why he doesn't close this crappy company so I can start claiming some losses on my taxes. I guess looking at the bright side of this all, hopefully my money went to his hospital bills or a vacation trip to China...who knows. My shares are on sales right now for .0001, hopefully I'll get some sucker to help cut my losses. Good luck all.
