I'm fine with eliminating toxic debt, but believe they should do it the old fashioned way, build up the share price by their actions and then sell the necessary shares. I believe if they get one or more patent approval from the U.S. it would move the share price up dramatically, especially if they said they were abandoning the idea of a reverse split.
/e'd all like to see the stock trading dramatically higher, but it doesn't need to be one hundred or more times higher than it is today to sell sufficient stock to eliminate debt. Certainly at today's price they'd need to sell a lot of shares, but that number drops dramatically if they announce patent approvals and drop the reverse split. I'd rather see the O/S grow to 200 million shares and keep the shares I currently own than see them reducing the total O/S to 500K shares and then sell several hundred thousands immediately, with many more to follow.
