Artificially low ask at .4900 - below realistic .5799.
.4900 ask tested with 100 buy - manipulator failed to cancel remainder - usual suspects still active on iHub.
Only bid fills have been insignificant paint downs of 102 and 175.
Only bids likely to get worthwhile fill at this point will be in the .4500 to .5000 range.
