Time To Crunch More Numbers!
What percentage of Common Shares that aren't own by directors (and managers), and that are eligible to vote?
According to the last Def 14a:

There are 156,897,345 Outstanding shares
and the directors own 27,370,000
156,897,345 - 27,370,000 = 129,527,345 shares own by non-directors and managers.
Approximately 43 million shares were traded after February 6 and are NOT eligible to vote?
Therefore approximately 129.5 - 43 million shares = 86.5 million shares (75%) owned by non-directors and managers will be eligible to vote.
There is one flaw in this equation and that is that those who sold after February 6 are still eligible to vote, but may not have any interest or desire to.
I am hoping most will vote to reject the R/S.
I have done some other math and have realized that IMO that OWCP will go up above 0.07 before April. It has been way over sold and it's REVERSAL TIME!
