The problem is that when they made the R/S announcement, the share price was around 10 cents. They mention that this is a vote to give them permission to effect a R/S to any ratio up to 1:500. Many of the comments here were suggesting a 1:25 or even as high as a 1:100 R/S. Ideally they would wait until positive news gets the share price up again to the $.20-.30 range.
The examples they used on the impact of different R/S ratios are 1:300, 1:400, and 1:500. So much for the "any ratio up to" opening statement that they are trying to sell us on.
Fair enough to wait, but for what? For an amendment? That would be great but at this point even if the share price shot up I still would not give them carte blanche to do whatever they wanted. The "any ratio up to" is a red herring and a devious attempt to fool us. For that I'm pissed!
