That is the correct answer. The RIGHT business development deal will mean that we never have to tap the stock for funding in the future ($100M+ upfront with development milestones).
If we ended up with a smaller deal (The OKAYEST business development deal available), there would be a set of numbers where an RS could be advantageous.There are many successful examples of an RS being used to create an optimal share price, structure, and uplist to maximize market cap.
