WikiLeaks Has Tied Chelsea Clinton to 7-Year, $6 Million Federal Schemes
There was no shortage to the bombshells that Wikileaks dropped on the Clinton campaign, contributing to her downfall.
To summarize just some of the revelations you may have forgotten, we learned that Hillary dreams of a world with “open trade and open borders,” that she courted business elites to support liberal agenda to beat back populism, was caught colluding with a Super PAC (which violates Federal law), that she believes its important for politicians to have different positions in public and private, that she asked the White House about using executive privilege to hide emails from congress, and that she colluded with the State Department to reduce the damage done from her private email scandal.
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg!
Hillary was hardly the only Clinton exposed by Wikileaks.
We learned from some of Podesta’s emails that he considers Chelsea Clinton to be “not smart,” and the scandal we learned she’s involved in just proved it! As the American Journal Review reported:
Hillary Clinton made connections for her daughter Chelsea’s friend which may have led to lucrative government contracts, new emails from the Department of State reveal.
Then-secretary of state Clinton arranged meetings for Jacqueline Newmyer-Deal, a childhood friend of Chelsea Clinton and president of Long Term Strategy Group, with top Pentagon officials, reports The Washington Free Beacon. The meetings led to consulting contracts for Deal’s D.C.-based Long Term Strategy Group.
Clinton recommended Deal to Michele Flournoy, who had just become undersecretary for defense policy at the Department of Defense in 2009. After a May 5, 2009 meeting with Flouroy, Deal thanked Clinton for “all your encouragement and help with DoD.”
“I met with Michele’s other deputy yesterday, and we had a productive discussion about Iran and developments in maritime Asia,” Deal said in her email. “We also discussed contract vehicles and mapped out what we need to do so that we can go to work! I am very grateful for everything you have done.”
Deal’s Long Term Strategy Group received more than $1.3 million from DoD contracts in 2009, according to USAspending.gov. The Pentagon paid Long Term Strategy Group around $60,000 for unclassified reports of between 20 and 40 pages, and about $40,000 for workshops with DoD officials and think tanks. Long Term Strategy Group has gotten around $6 million in federal contracts since 2009, The Washington Free Beacon reports.
One report the Long Term Strategy Group delivered to the Pentagon was called “On the Nature of Americans as a Warlike People,” which said “the United States will continue to use war as an instrument of state policy.”
Less than two weeks after her mother’s defeat, Chelsea is already being primed to continue the Clinton dynasty. “While it is true the Clintons need some time to regroup after Hillary’s crushing loss, they will not give up. Chelsea would be the next extension of the Clinton brand. In the past few years, she has taken a very visible role in the Clinton Foundation and on the campaign trail. While politics isn’t the life Hillary wanted for Chelsea, she chose to go on the campaign trail for her mother and has turned out to be very poised, articulate and comfortable with the visibility” one inside source told the New York Magazine.
