Reading the poste it's quite obvious to see that due to Management's lack of communication to the shareholders there is nothing but chaos and guessing. That is a clear sign that something is very wrong. I have no reason to vote yes on the reverse split and I have no reason to vote no on the reverse split. I am part owner in a company and I have no idea why I should vote one way or the other on a crucial matter. Very frustrating.
