Bo owner of Parent CSI/Sub-ACS does NOT own the KE IP yet. He did finalize the option to buy on 28 JAN 2016 (right after MSFT/PF settled) and has up to 30 SEP 2020 to buy. When he does buy we will be notified via SEC filing and probably PR'd.

Thanks for posting the clip gimli! Bo rambles all over the map when explaining KE IP. He did confirm some deals, which lines up with Mr. Kay statements. Most folks probably don't know the APLA is for "Development" and Licensing! SFOR developed with ACS white labeling SFOR IP. ACS has NOTHING w/out SFOR IP!

We know the COBAS/OOBA/MFA IP are the Crown Jewels! KE IP very important too and provides the only Encrypted OOB/MFA solution in the Cyber ECOSYSTEM!
Bo Dietl -- Special Security Advisor with RSA is HUGE! IMSO he opened the RSA doors for SFOR and why SFOR thru him an awesome bone as part of the deal! While I have been high on TPG/INTEL buyout, but RSA/DELL/EMC is at the very top of the list as well! And really makes very good sense for one vendor to own all of SFOR IP!
In some of my posts I mention buyout 2020 and by SEP 2020 lines up with KE IP buyout timeline!
Then we also have SFOR sub-BST IP patent pending, which is SFOR IP tweaked to work with Blockchain and Crypto Wallets/Exchanges!
IMSO we will see explosive deals THIS YEAR with big revs on the books Q3/Q4! While litigation works in parallel and current litigation proceeds can also be on the books by years end!
I have complete Faith in Team SFT/SFOR and BST/BSAFE! I look forward to leaving penny land in the dust THIS YEAR!
