There has not been any mention from management about reducing share count , anyone talking about reverse split is BS and should be banned from posting here, they know they are trying to bring down the share price that’s what happens when backward splits are even mention everybody runs for the door then after the split the price falls again that is a no win situation. I have been in the stock market a long long time. A share buyback is the only way to go even when it’s just a announcement of a company plans on a buyback of shares helps and sometimes raises share prices. All large and smart companies always go the share buyback program in which keep all shareholders and management happy. I have always loved to hear share buybacks announcements from companies that I have owned stock in, and would want me to buy more stock in the company.
