So that's not a definitive answer as to wether or not this was simply conceptual or something that was actually implemented. Though, from the wording, it sounds like they were actually retained to do said marketing, not simply courting Utopyas business, as it were. If true, and that's a rather large IF, one could make the argument that a company wouldn't pay for a service like that, unless they intended on following through with the roll out. Then there's the whole, "I intended to be a rock star by the time I hit 40" argument, showing that intentions don't always translate into real world results. Thanks for the update, nevertheless!
