I share your sentiment to the T.
My thinking at the moment. if everything is progressing nicely behind the scenes, is that IPIX and the unrevealed partner are laying out the ground work of setting up the advanced trial for B-OM somewhere in the EU. The U.S. trial protocol is very likely ready to file and secure sites, simply waiting on the funding. If Leo & Dr. B do this right, we'll be leaving one hell of a mark and there will be a LOT of fried naysayers.
Certainly they could move forward with filing the U.S. Trial and start securing sites, though nothing would happen without the funding. I have another bio in a similar position (as far as funding goes that is). And there lies the catalyst that can quickly change things. IN A HURRY!
