Shareholders, we know it has been a while since we have provided updates, but a number of significant and promising initiatives continue to progress behind the scenes which we are very excited about, and multiple news items will be released in the coming weeks, including:
-2018 year end audit completed and filed.
-Fiscal Q1 and Q2 to be filed – bringing the company’s reporting status back to ‘current’ (goodbye stop sign)
-Uplist process to OTCQB to be completed
-Construction to begin on new fully funded S&L location.
-Status updates on additional US locations to be announced.
-KTU first print run ships from manufacturer in April covering Kickstarter backers. Further KTU updates will follow.
-P.O. received for GRO3 system(s) which is to be integrated into an existing facility (Spring 2019)
-Details of late-stage discussions and closing on an additional acquisition in order to bolster a company subsidiary.

Additionally, the company continues to add to its accounting team to match its growth, ensuring that reporting obligations are met in a timely manner moving forward.
