I just listened to the podcast and I am not going to spin it.... here is what I am thinking right now in a realist kind of way:
1- They are getting organized for national sales with potential new large distribution and new labels(liking them but not loving them)
2-Mexico is delayed for at least 2 months and you can feel the frustration from them and I am sure from us...typical MX type stuff but it isnt helping us.
3- They are laying strong foundations for various potential revenue streams with various products
4- Any earnings progress will be delayed due to the mexican delay and the other potential streams not yet in ready mode.
5- no updates on eagle water or fitwhey yet.
6- the private label route could be a strong source of income.
7- overall I was somewhat dissapointed.
so with that said:
I am thinking, barring a surprise announcement, It will be tough to keep OTCQB status being that we will have traded under 1 cent for 30 or more days if we are under 1 cent next monday.
There is a lot of good things and strong foundations being setup which are better than we have ever seen before but it appears that the only thing that will help our SP right now is revenue- which is delayed....
We can announce "this or that" but until there is cash flowing in -it will remain "show me the money" and the SP will remain pressured due to past history and large share structure
The only way to increase SP right now is : sales and share count reduction.
any forward looking potential news has lost much of its potency until it can be backed up with actual large increasing sales.
While we are trying to build a world class brand in a burgeoning infancy industry(a great thing) , the strong headwinds and reality of the challenging OTC world will be our resistance that we need to break through eventually.
If you ever wanted to buy and average down in price, this may be an opportunity. But keep in mind that it must be money you can affford to lose.
