There are a lot of dependencies in this statement

There are a lot of dependencies in this statement of achieving CFP and how the market reacts. If it is clearly demonstrated that costs can be brought down dramatically and that the cost of producing a barrel of oil from plastic is anywhere near the magic $10 so often claimed, then I agree that the sky is the limit. They will also need to show dramatic improvements in processor up time. CFP would do that.
What happens if CFP cannot be achieved? How close is close enough to avoid the market shrugging and the share price once again selling off?
Will it really be different this time around?
