Seller hitting the bids, this looks like shares from convertible note, as seller does not seem to care. They get so many shares each month on the 27th, I believe, to pay towards note. 250k in December, but the number of shares they get each month is based on share price. I will go back at the end of today and try to count.

On December 27, 2018, the Company received a redemption notice from the holder of the Company’s convertible note issued on June 26, 2018 requesting the redemption of $100,000 of the outstanding balance thereof. In satisfaction of the redemption notice, the Company issued 255,532 shares of Common Stock to the note holder in accordance with the terms of the convertible note.
