I’m still trying to figure out how you can get a patent based on an abstract idea. The USPTO I’m sure isn’t in business to award patents frivolously. We shouldn’t be in the position we’re in now having been justified more than once. Labeled as abstract is a cop out as is article 36. Alice is abstract if you think about it.
