I'm going to use some lowball numbers here imo:
Say we get like 5 analysts that start coverage of VERB (Microsoft has about 26 analysts! see link).
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/msft/analysis/
Say every analyst has a client base of 10.000 investors.
Say only 20% of those clients want to invest in a very promising company like VERB (more like 70% i would say but lets keep it low).
You then have 20% of 10.000 = 2.000 x 5 = 10.000 potential investors .
Okay, now we look at the float available. Lets say 6 million shares (which is conservative imo).
6 million shares divided by 10.000 investors = 600 shares for every investor.
Now my point is, thats not really much shares for a lot of investors.
Also keep in mind that Rory is on the roadshow talking to the BIG investors that are willing to spend millions of dollars into our company.
Since Rory and team are killing it (which is really no surprise to me lol) we will be oversubscribed for the offering, meaning the big investors will add more shares from that same 6 million float, which in return means even LESSER shares available to purchase for other investors.
imo, we are going to skyrocket on the Nasdaq and get a trueer valuation very soon and i think that forward split will also come sooner then some think!
Isn't this exciting?
