The Kiss of Death Supported by Democrats Across the US!

When a mother tosses her newborn into a dumpster to die, it is considered murder in every state in the US. But when a newborn baby is left to die after birth in a hospital, why is it considered legal in almost every Democratic state?

Republicans attempted to pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act on Monday, failing miserably due to Democrats who seemingly support Infanticide.

Senate minority leader, Democrat Chuck Shumer, New York, said,
.

“The bill is solely meant to intimidate doctors and restrict patients access to care and has nothing, nothing, nothing to do with protecting children.”

The new bill introduced says otherwise and would require “any health care practitioner present” at the time of a birth to “exercise the same degree of professional skill, care, and diligence to preserve the life and health of the child as a reasonably diligent and conscientious health care practitioner would render to any other child born alive at the same gestational age.”

Mitch McConnell, (R) Kentucky, said,

“It isn’t about new restrictions on abortion. It isn’t about changing the options available to women. It’s just about recognizing that a newborn baby is a newborn baby. Period.”

The bill was presented because of state laws, allowing abortion up until birth passed in New York, Vermont, Alaska, Colorado, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, and Vermont, along with Washington, D.C. Virginia recently attempted to pass a bill that would allow a child surviving a late-term abortion to be left to die. This bill was introduced by Democrat, Kathy Tran, supported by Democratic Governor, Ralph Northam, but defeated by Republicans.

What does this new bill mean? New York legalized abortion three years prior to the landmark Rowe v Wade case but it was still a felony to abort a child over 24 weeks gestation. The Reproductive Health Act strips abortions from the penal code completely. It states:

“Every individual has the fundamental right to choose or refuse contraception or sterilization. Every individual who becomes pregnant has the fundamental right to choose to carry the pregnancy to term, to give birth to a child, or to have an abortion, pursuant to this article.”

Governor Cuomo wants to take this even further by saying abortion rights should be added to the state constitution.

The new law has removed section 4164 of New York’s public health law, which states that abortions after the 12th week had to be performed in a hospital. The section also required a physician to be on hand to provide medical care for any infant born alive during the procedure, as well as the infant’s protection by New York’s laws. Without section 4164, the health law is now silent on the status of an infant born alive during an abortion. Does a child born alive have any rights? Obviously not in New York, or any state where Democrats have control.

Thus, the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, introduced by Republicans, which Democrats refuse to support.

Add insult to injury, the new law now changes the penal code making prosecution for murder of a child tougher when a pregnant women is involved.

The $64,000 question is: Will constituents continue to support and vote for Democrats when they have waged an all out war on children in the United States.
