Wow bobg, didn't know you were THAT OLD! Hey, it's

I asked a question on the conf call about the certificates/shares. GNBT's transfer agent is Broadridge. https://www.broadridge.com/financial-services...l-markets/
You will be able to contact them and request your certificate, if you want. I would say that if you do, and you lose it, you will have more difficulty in getting it replaced since you will have to complete forms, have them signature guaranteed and then wait for replacement. Also, when/if NGIO merges with a private company and they then go public, you will have to sign those certificates and send them back to Broadridge to have them put into your brokerage firm (could take a week or more). If you leave them on the books of GNBT, when/if NGIO merges with a private company and they then go public, you will have your shares in the new public entity on day one.
Now, will we be getting a letter about the certificates/shares with instructions on how to request them in paper, if you want, I don't know.

Because I believe in the adage that there are no stupid questions, I don't understand why I ...(and probably others).... have nothing in writing from our brokerages or anyone else,....PROOF,... of the one for four.... freebies ...that have been given to us.
Where, when and how, will this be given to us in some sort of statement?
I know tc, rj and others, have said there will be some sort of entry made some place or other, but I still don't get it.
If I had to show someone the shares that I have, I would not be abel to show the new ones just given to us.
It's tough being 82 years old, things don't sink in like they use to!
