Seriously, you have never heard of a penny stock going up 4000 percent before! Well it happens when everything lines up. Guess what everything would of been perfectly lined up for OWCP if they merged with a company that produces and manufactures raw cannabis in South America. That would mean they decided to produce and sell product and create REVENUE and lots of. So yes, 0.05 to 2.00 would happen easily in one day for a company that has just over 3000 shareholders, most of which have been holding for a long time and waiting for a reward much greater than 2 dollars! So with no one selling on the ask other than day and short term trades the ask walls would collapse rather quickly.
Anyway that didn't happen and not worth considering. More importantly is what is going to happen on April 4th and after with the vote! I seriously believe it will get rejected but if it doesn't it will be a sad day for OWCP and all of it's shareholders.
