We switched our cellular service from AT&T to T-Mobile this weekend. T-Mobile texted me today asking to participate in their survey, which I did since I'm actually fairly happy with the change. The survey was a string of text messages. Each time I replied with an answer ranking some part of the experience, another text would show up with a new question. It was really kind of irritating, and most people would probably get annoyed and give up after the 2nd or 3rd text came in. I had time to kill, so decided what the hell, I'll keep going to the end.
Long story short, a single text with a survey in the form of an interactive video would probably yield a higher percentage of completed surveys. Especially if it's a person in the video asking the question and I don't have to do any reading.
If this has already been brought up, just ignore me. Similar concept to taggMED, but for any company trying to gather feedback from customers.
