Buyer beware!!! Their frivolous products and ideas never amounted to anything in the last 10 years. The fuel cell product that the original founder and former CEO, "Carl K...." had us all believing in seems to have disappeared along with million dollars and was never brought to market. His dealings with energy companies involving bio fuels and his giant king grass have proven to be failures. Other giant king grass products were never brought to market along with the framed art business that they were suppose to buy. Now we have a new CEO and management team that has announced giant king grass will be grown in the Philippines and sold to South Korea for cattle feed. Viaspace has 3.9 BILLION shares of stock outstanding. The South Koreans and many other countries are going to have to eat a lot of beef for this stock to reach .01
Recently, Viaspace announced that they are buying EliteTherapeutics. Is everyone aware that the new Viaspace CEO, "Keven S...." currently OWNS EliteTherapeutics! He's going to use Viaspace money to buy Elite, a company that he privately owns. Folks, something is really starting to stink here! Why would he initiate the sale of his company Elite if it was on a success coarse?? Maybe because similar products that Elite sells are available from other companies and pain relieving hemp and cannabis oils are about to flood the market. Every one and their uncle is applying for hemp and cannabis licencing.
All this as the original founder and past CEO, "Carl K.... " still remains as a consultant. Like I said, something stinks!

This stock has definitely had a interesting few days. There were lots of small quantity trades and I'm guess that some people lost half of their money in a week. I wonder if the Viaspace team dumped any of their stock last week??? Be careful making decisions based on what you read about this company. They've been playing this game for a long time!......and yes, I am a stockholder. I lost a lot of money. I own nearly 2m shares and have owned it for 10 years. Seriously folks, i don't want to see anyone else lose their hard earned money.
