Easy to have a woodie from recent news. Multiple overseas activity, faster to get through approval process while continuing US process, potential multiple companies interested as partner, patent for B which could be last piece wanted by a partner, continued K testing.
Probably lower tax exposure overseas. Locations for zero to near zero taxation.
Assumptions: Someone wants them to accelerate testing now, partner, merger or buyout. Can't see anything negative with these options.
