I tried to clarify with Joe about how many shares of NGIO were dividend and who gets them. He wasn't understanding what I was asking. If we have 60M shares of GNBT, but 28M are held by GNBT, then only 26M with shareholders and 6M with Veneto (32M total). Then was only 32M divided by 4, so 8M shares of NGIO dividend yesterday in book entry form? He kept going back to saying that GNBT owns all the shares of NGIO and could be 100M or 200M when public. That is not now though. So, I think the answer is 8M were dividend yesterday as book entry...I hope.
Also, you will not see these private shares in your brokerage accounts. you can request the stock cert from Broadridge, but I wouldn't. If you do, you will have to sign and send them back in when GNBT finally lists NGIO. Also you could lose the certificates and then have to go thru the process of getting them replaced. IMO
