I answered why RP now has a reduced number of shares on ihub, if people care to do the math. I'm not going to explain the details over there. It is pointless. Maybe more and more people will start using hangout and we can leave the rats on ihub behind to talk among themselves.
Last 13D RP 27,000,000 shares, some of which were owned by ProstaGene
Latest 13D RP has 22,494,631 shares. Where did the 4,505,369 go?
There were several people behind ProstaGene, not just RP. The 4.5M share were distributed to those members without being in the spotlight, with names listed in filing. These people don't have to file a 13D because they don't pass the 5% threshold and are not an officer like RP. It was always setup this way with the ProstaGene shares and RP shares listed together under RP.
Remember at NobleCon, RP saying I've got 22M shares, come join me?
RP has not sold a single share.
27,000,000 - 22,494,631 = 4,505,369 ( he is missing 4.5M from before)
12,702,445 - 8,197,076 = 4,505,369 (he got all but 4.5M shares in the distribution)
