Yes, it does. In fact, it screams “BUY” about as loud as it gets. The decision right here/now is what separates successful investors/traders from typical penny stock traders. When the crowd is selling out of fear or frustration (also known as impatience), that’s the time to buy. No one gets wealthy by following what the “crowd” does.
