What you seen today is how fast OWCP would go with the announcement of a merger for a cannabis cultivator and manufacturer. If this was really OWCP we would be looking at 2 dollars per share or more today! That would of been a sign of production, sales, REVENUE, and profits coming soon and that's what investors want to hear. Unfortunately this time around it wasn't our lucky long awaited day, but hopefully soon we will hear some good news resulting in sales.
