We see one default. That’s on a note issued Oct

What caused the default?
Why was Generex delayed, by an inquiry from Finra, from issuing their 20 for 1 dividend?
What caught Finra’s attention?
A 13G?
What was Generex planning to occur within 90 days of Oct 26?
The Oct 26 Note was issued to Alpha Capital. The 13g was filed in Dec by Alpha showing them a selling significant amount shares of Gnbt. Alpha was under investigation by the SEC. Finra contacted Generex. Generex was forced into a delay, plus they also had some entity award Gnbt dividends or something too early, but eventually the dividend was completed.
Alpha settled with the SEC. They also caused Generex to be pushed back but just in timing. Generex planned an uplist to Nasdaq within 90 days from the time of issuing the Note to Alpha.
In my opinion, Alpha themselves triggered the default. The 13g should be called the event.
