I beg to differ, you'd just have a very high time, probably knocked out too, but I doubt you could kill anyone, but yeah, it's 5mg/5mg 1:1 ratio of CBD to THC.
CBD has more calming effect, while THC gets you high, both are awesome, but my preference is 20:1 THC to CBD
