Trading Summary - February 18-22, 2019.
$OTTV was recently manipulated down by the usual combination trick of fake stacked ask and intense basher activity with outright disinformation - particularly on the amateur forum iHub - over the long weekend February 16 to 18. One of the ring leaders even tried coming over here where his activities escaped the notice of the site owners and mods until late on February 20.
Accordingly, $OTTV having been traded in the .0153 to as high as .0195 range on February 15 (before the long holiday weekend), it was trading in the .0139 to .0170 range on February 19 and then .0140 to .0112 range on February 20 due to the "scaremongering" attempts regarding the court case - in which $OTTV is not even a defendant - and other nonsense.
The hard bounce, large buys and rapid upticking on February 20 caught the attention of traders who scan for opportunities - including myself - and then the reason for it being "oversold" was discovered.
After the close on February 20, the Form 8-K relating to the new licensing agreement and partnership arrangement with Tingo Mobile for distribution in the Continent of Africa was spotted and alerted - this has not been PR'ed yet:
"Viva Entertainment Group (hereinafter “VIVA”) recently signed a licensing agreement with Nigerian Telecom Corporation Tingo Mobile that has a 2.5 million subscriber base. The contract guarantees that VIVA will receive a minimum of 100,000 subscribers in exchange for our platform use. VIVA will earn approximately .50 cents per subscriber. It’s the beginning of a cost effective plan that will play a role in our international position in the market."

By February 21, continuous long-term traders who maintain an inventory of shares in a pyramid of cost bases - to trade profitably from the bottom up during surges - saw the obvious opportunity and started to load to fill any gaps in their pyramid (having been busy elsewhere on huge runners like $GNCP).
Multiple traders outbidding each other were noted and reported here contemporaneously (post #1329).
As a result, trading on February 21, was in the .0137 to .0188 range with a total volume of 1,736,151 on a wide spread.
Top traders started re-alerting $OTTV - by a variety of means - both as a long-term prospect on the new revenue earning partnership - and as an obvious bottom up day / swing trade on surges. It is now on their radar for daily opportunities.
After the close on February 21, the CEO debunked another element of the basher nonsense on the amateur forum iHub by confirming that the Comcast deal was still on - no serious trader had any reason to doubt that anyway - and confirmed that he would be making a call to Comcast on February 22.
Prior to the open on February 22, other OTC scanner / alerters had noticed the buying and upticking the day prior (eg post #1335) and were able to get up to speed on the reasons ( eg post #1336).
As a result, on February 22, the spread started to close right up and former bid sitters started to hit the ask as reported contemporaneously here.
Large hits on the ask took out an attempted wall at .0167 in the final hour of trading.
Overall, on February 22, another 1,053,881 was bought in the .0143 to .0167 range - mostly on the ask - and the next available ask was .0178 with only 90K left.
Since the close on Friday we have had the following additional updates:
- A real shareholder (as opposed to an iHub amateur pundit / full-time basher) was invited to listen in on and witness the Conference Call between $OTTV and Comcast to confirm to the public [see post #1337].
- Another real shareholder has confirmed the partnership deal with Tingo Mobile - spotted in the Form 8-K but not yet PR'ed - by contacting that company directly and elicited additional information regarding roll out and timescales across both West and East Africa [see post #1341]:
--- Deal is for 3 years - renewable every 3 years.
--- VivaLive will provide the platform - off-shore partner will provide own content.
-- Large initial market in Nigeria - expanding across West Africa in first year - then across East Africa in 2nd year.
--- Partnerships already with African Continent sister networks.
--- Estimated 120,000 subscribers initially building to 2 Million.
$OTTV is currently a daily ATM again for anyone who can watch it closely and correctly analyse the alternating manipulation / bashing / shorting vs ask buying.
It should remain extremely thin all the way back to around .0700 - then .1000 - as the only reason it was allowed to get as low as it did was that the top traders were busy elsewhere on the .0001 > .0010 stocks running and they couldn't be bothered to debunk the nonsense factor and put in appropriate bids. However, that has made it possible for easier and more frequent "more bang for your buck" swing trades in the .0150 to .0700 range.
As with all my alerts - TRADE WHAT YOU SEE - maintain an inventory of shares if interested - don't stack the ask - be patient - ignore nonsense from the non-credible - trade manually on the ask for profits on surges when the stock is moving.
