that is the multi million dollar ?
yesterday after the 2nd trade went off .. i noted this in my notes ..
i knew from a time stamp .. that the first trade was a long's .. which is why i asked the ? if it would be marked .. because pretty much most ask hits have been marked recently
this long (like a few others) has been frustrated by being nickeled and dimed (getting partial fills on bid .. one recently was for 100 shares) so they hit the ask to round off share total shortly after market opened
for those *targets* not significantly upside down .. one *normally* sees legit sells resulting in lower DRS %s being marked ..
the problem re: PTOI is .. wash trading via hidden trades is being done to *increase* volume avgs and *dilute* DRS %s
this isn't something *retail* does .. trading crews who coordinate .. and NR absolutely *do*
so i keep coming back to is this another trading crew entering PTOI? .. or is it in some way connected to *awareness* of what P2O (company) is or has been doing?
i remain split 50/50 as to what is being done re: the stock (PTOI)
that signal yesterday (2nd trade for 85 *shares) fed to *bid* .. with NC (no change) on size showing .. was with a doubt a signal .. and my *speculation* of 40000 came to fruition
as i've noted to others that have asked .. i don't remember prior *efforts/rounds* being so *sloppily obvious* for want of a better word
but it is probably because the last time NR *ran* PTOI it was January of 2013 .. (i think the volume that month .. from memory so may be off .. was 6M and change)
and *volume* can and does camouflage NRs' efforts .. also my *knowledge* of *efforts* re: *trades* .. has an additional 6 years' observations/awareness added to it ..
so throw a dart as to why this is being done now ..
the one reality is this isn't retail
again patterns provide a tool if one is so inclined to view them ..
when PTOI was last *run to reset* in late 2017 and early 2018 .. it was because of the 8K filed re: RC .. that round (reset 52 week high then to 5c) .. took months for PTOI to meander back down (sub 1c @ 008 52 week low *reset* in July 2018)
this time around (Jan 29) what was so strikingly different .. was the *massive* (for PTOI) hidden trades (coordination) .. and the *imo* washed volume up to reset 52 week high (5c/055c/08c) .. before resetting promptly back down .. and all done in 9 minutes (algos pre done for those *trades*)
the curious part (since imo there are no coincidences) was that a multi (original crew) *posted* about perceived *source* re: PTOI's volume .. 1 minute b4 COM on Jan 29th .. (NYSDEC permit activity) .. which actually had transpired earlier that month .. and since up till then (Jan 2019) .. the month's volume was running less than 300,000 in total .. b4 having 2 back to back *volume* days of 70,000~
(noted b4 they looked washed) .. that was the Friday and Monday b4 the 29th's *volume*
so was the goal to get actual P2O investors *talking* and *posting* again?
we know the embedded original crew via vehicle of choice appears clueless too as to who or what is behind this move .. vitriol spewing negativity is always on tap but little else gets posted
and never the acknowledgement that this is an emerging sector in its ascension
which reveals *crew* in total
i suspect most early/original investors won't get excited until PPS gets back to
or above their CB price point .. and/or P2O files and updates .. showing measurable progress specific to *anything* .. first sale/JV/partnership .. yada yada
from my POV .. it is at least far more interesting these days to watch PTOI (stock) and l2 *activity* .. then it has been for years
i actually called the TA yesterday (hadn't spoken to them since late 2017) to verify Float (92,130,115)
last check posted about (from memory so may be off) it was 91M and change in October 2017
so we shall see what comes to pass .. if anything .. fortunately .. P2O files .. and their annual (K) is due out next month ..
one way or the other this round will be known ...
