This was done by a board committee, the CC by NP, maybe not on the same page. It will look bad, yes, with the current mood on iHub, especially if they are going to raise money again with Paulson, which it looks like they might with a post over there. If they are going to do another raise so fast, the only reason to do the effect imo, would be to allow some shareholders to sell those restricted shares, and buy back again.
Management has done a couple head scratchers before. The R/S announcement to later cancel because they found out how much money they would to raise to have positive shareholder equity for the uplist was probably the biggest blunder last year. This would be the biggest blunder this year if no big news on Monday. Maybe the biggest mistake looking back retrospectivly, as a ‘Monday morning quarterback’, was not uplisting when the share price was higher and the outstanding shares much lower, because raising millions of dollars while on the low volume otc, especially with many big money institutions that will not invest with otc stock, has been very tough on the share price.
I am expecting as always to learn many new items with the cc and definitely hoping for big news. I am so ready for the share price to break free, more than anything is to silence all the whining, as some only equate success with share price, not how close one is to the goal line inflection point, which we are inching towards week by week.
