That being said, I encourage everyone to reach out to management only with constructive feedback and suggestions. It's not their job to reassure us personally; that's the job of press releases/podcasts. The more we intrude on them for the purpose of having them assuage our anxieties, the harder we make it for them to focus on doing what really matters, i.e., building the business and making money for us all.
