Here is a bit of an update as I know it.
We should hear a little rumble in the jungle about the third week of March, there is a court date set to sort out the possibility of Dr Chalk's sale of his share of this company part and parcel without sale of the whole company. This will end up being a discovery motion of sorts however the evidence is solid and it is more of a motion to provide evidence of interest from one of the interested multinational parties.
The biggest question for retail investors is when... the answer is... who knows,
One important thing to remember here is that Decision Zone, and it's technology, are under a world wide patent with Dr. Chalk as legal 15% owner. There are interested parties in the weeds However they are all taking a wait and see attitude while the legal wranglings are sorted out. The technology has been investigated by these companies and after their research and vetting there is still a solid interest.
There is a ball park figure tossed around for the sale of this company however at this point it's just air so no use throwing numbers out just yet.
