imo when we get on the Nasdaq we will have the following buying pressure:
1) Big institutional investors from the road show buying on the open market.
2) Mayor Tom marketing campaign starting and bringing in additional investors for us.
3) Shortcovering/squeeze.
4) More longs adding more shares because of margin placed on our stock.
Thats a lot of buying pressure i see happening once we are on the Nasdaq.
I see no reason to sell shares and only a fool would short it on the Nasdaq with our tight float.
Its evident that hardly anyone wants to sell their shares in this phase of our company. We are just getting started!
I expect us to move exponentially upwards with our pps once on the Nasdaq.
I got a sellorder at $150 for just a tiny fraction of my shares in case we shoot up real fast but the rest of my shares i'm holding for an buyout that i see happening in the very near term (probably Microsoft or even Sales force since they are heavily invested with us and are also on our advisory board).
Who knows.... i can see a bidding war happen this year already.
If i were in charge of one of those big tech companies, i sure wouldn't wait to long to acquire VERB.
I would be curious to know if Rory already had some offers on the table, it wouldn't surprise me one bit.
But its to early to sell the company just yet, we are just getting started unless they make a huge offer that Rory can't resist
Best of luck to you and others as well
