One of the advantages of VERB going to the nasdaq is, is that i will most likely be able to buy more shares! 
I've been tapped out for a while with adding more shares to my vault and that really sucks because i really want to invest even more while we are still this crazy undervalued!
So i called my broker (in the Netherlands) and they told me they will look at VERB once they are on the Nasdaq to evaluate the company
and possibly (highly likely) put a margin on the stock. So i am a happy camper after hearing that!
My experience is with companies that i use to own that have good fundamentals going for them that i get 40% - 70% margin.
Companies that suck (no revenue/contracts/partners) or that are on the OTC do not get margin here in my country.
Those big institutional investors that want to buy on the open market will have to compete with ME for those cheap shares
