It's really disgusting that I have to be writing this post right now....but here goes...
For the record.....
The company is required by law to file periodic filings and to report material events to all shareholders.
It is every shareholders responsibility to read the disclosed filings so they have an understanding of what the company has done, is doing,and what they may do or are planning in the future.
Let me state unequivocally that at no time during this current rip to Israel was I provided with anything that wold be considered "inside"..information.
Yes, I asked a myriad of questions and we had many discussions but the management from OWCP starting first with Mr. Bignitz right on down to the last meeting I had where Dr. Hirsch responded to my questions never and I repeat never contained anything that was a violation of the SEC insider rule(s).
In fact I was limited to what I could be told. Descriptions of the creme for example were limited to seeing the cream, smelling the creme and as for the placebo cream also seeing it and smelling it. I was then able to ask some questions and was told that at Pharmitbe right now the goal they are working on with the placebo creme is to make it look and smell like the real creme. I was not allowed to photograph the list of the terpenes they ordered and are waiting for delivery of and of which they will create a formula that will mimic a similar smell to the real creme.
It's also very interesting that when I asked at the wrap up meeting to be able to take some pictures of the real cream and the tablet Dr. Hircsh told me that was not allowed and that as of this moment even the company hadn't publicly posted pictures of the real products under development..it's proprietary information and very carefully guarded.
The other night when Yossi and I were alone I asked him if the theft of intellectual property in Israel is an issue and he told me like anywhere else it's a big problem.
As far as the doctors and scientists I was able to meet and talk to, everything they told me was in relationship to the scope of each study they are working on in general terms...such things as the duration, what they hope to achieve, number of patients...things like that.. I was never given specific research data ..period.
Again, it's both disgusting and petty that a person like Gary who seems to have no shortage of advice and opinions for everyone was himself a fool for not stepping up and joining the group and now whines like a baby and throws out accusations against myself and the company and its" management...
