CA License #10 out today, a medical one
First Medium Mixed-Light Tier 2 license. One of the larger grows.

I thought that website was broken. Good to see another license finally get approved today. Hope its a sign of many more to come. 33 days went by since the last one was issued.
If more come out next week, could be a sign that the faucet is finally turning on.
