What is confusing is sound is controlled in two places.
One on your computer or tablet and another in the app/site. I clicked on it as well and got no sound.
Checked my computer and the sound was on.
Checked the site (twitter) and the sound was off.
Turned it on there and it worked fine. Both have to be on to get sound. Many people on twitter don't use sound. Wouldn't go over well when they are in meetings.
