When you say they'll upgrade the information, are you saying they're putting information into clinical trials, or is it merely a website mod that moves some trial dates around.
If in reality the company's position on the reverse split or other issues is something that would make the stock worth more, it should be shared with all, not something an investor visiting there would learn. Personally I hope to visit Israel sometime in the next couple years, I do have stock in a few companies there, and while there I'd probably attempt to meet people at the company. When I do, I won't ask for funding, and I'll certainly share my impressions of what I've seen and heard. I've enjoyed seeing other companies before, but other than adding a face to a name and gaining an overall impression of what they were doing, I can't say I received anything that wasn't known by other investors.
I look forward to any update from the company, but believe that to make meaningful differences in the price they either need to gain some patent approvals to protect their intellectual property, or they need to be more open about what they're doing in trials, or they need to establish new partnerships that provide funding to them, and ideally they do all three of these.
I believe the company is made up of some quality people, but to date they've been unwilling to openly discuss what they're doing with investors. If next quarter they'd have a webcast where Analysts could ask questions after their initial presentation, I believe it would generate far more interest in the company. Likewise if they webcast a conference where they were making a presentation. I'm the time I've owned the company, an investor once recorded their presentation and shared it, but the company never webcast anything that I can remember in over two years. I was told by a longer term investor that they didn't do quarterlies, but they would do the Annual Report, but they didn't. Certainly every company I've invested in doesn't do this, but many do and those that do generally have greater support from investors.
